Aliso home includes downstairs suite option

The option of adding a downstairs suite with a walk-in closet and bath to the Plan Three design at Pardee's Aliso neighborhood in the Vista Verde community is popular among buyers, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

"With up to four bedrooms, including a downstairs suite, Aliso's Plan Three is one of the most versatile homes in Vista Verde," Tuvell said.

Located adjacent to the great room, the space also can be configured as an office. The standard design has three bedrooms, three baths, a dining room and three-car tandem garage.

Priced from $297,450 to $415,950, the neighborhood features four models with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. Measuring as large as 2,566 square feet, the designs include great rooms, island kitchens, and options for lofts and bay windows.

Also in the community is the Ventana neighborhood, which offers four one- and two-story plans with as many as six bedrooms in designs measuring as large as 4,030 square feet. The homes are priced from $459,950 to $538,450. The single-story plans offer courtyard entries and an optional Nevada room; other options include game rooms, teen rooms and workshops.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive and turn left. Go to Oso Blanca Road, turn right, proceed to Severance Lane and turn left. Visitors are welcome from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when the sales office and models open at 11 a.m.
