Shoppers tour City Lights
House hunters who tour City Lights, a condominium development in the northeastern valley, continue to show their enthusiasm for the available designs, according to sales agents. Three floor plans are available. The New York is a 776-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bath floor plan priced from $98,900. The Paris, a 1,018-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath model, starts from $129,900. A three-bedroom, two-bath design, the Milan, measures 1,142 square feet and starts from $151,900. Each home comes with a patio or balcony, a storage area, six-panel doors, blinds throughout and colonial baseboards and casements. The living room and all bedrooms are prewired for cable TV and telephones. The dining room and bedrooms have ceiling fans. Kitchens include granite counter tops, raised-panel cabinets and, in some plans, breakfast bars. Buyers who use the builder's preferred lender receive a refrigerator, microwave, and washer and dryer. The development features two swimming pools, a spa and a recreation center that includes a gym, theater and entertainment room. The development is landscaped with the buildings "stair stepped" into its sloping terrain. All residents have a covered parking space. To visit, take Lake Mead Boulevard east, past Hollywood Boulevard, and turn north into the development. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
