Del Webb begins incentive program



Del Webb offers special incentives at its four Southern Nevada communities, some of which have homes available for immediate occupancy.

"We're pleased to offer these special holiday incentives at all of our communities in Southern Nevada," sales executive Steve O'Connor said. "With immediate move-ins available at our three (age-qualified) communities, home buyers can move right in and enjoy the holidays."

Through Nov. 30, buyers at the age-qualified communities of Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem, both in Henderson; and Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas can receive incentives valued as much as $65,000, $52,000 and $55,000, respectively.

Those purchasing a home at the builder's all-ages, resort-style Club Aliante community in North Las Vegas can receive incentives valued as much as $70,000. In addition, free home-site upgrades are available for those purchasing Series 1 or 2 homes.

Sun City Anthem offers 12 single-story designs ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet, and priced from the high $200,000s.

Central to the community is Anthem Center, which provides fitness, social and recreational opportunities for residents. A second recreation center is under construction and is set for completion in spring 2005.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive.

The 385-acre Solera at Anthem community offers five single-story floor plans, ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet. A simplified buying process was created by including many features as standard. The homes are priced from the mid-$200,000s.

A 24,000-square-foot recreation center is set to open in summer 2005; tennis and bocce courts are open.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, turn left and proceed to Somersworth Drive.

Sun City Aliante, designed around the municipal Aliante Golf Club, features seven single-story models ranging from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet. They are priced from the mid-$200,000s.

A 24,000-square-foot recreation center is under construction and set for completion in the spring. Tennis and bocce courts are open.

Club Aliante will revolve around its planned recreation center. Five single- and two-story home designs are available, ranging from 2,168 to 3,665 square feet, and priced from the high $400,000s.

To visit either Aliante community, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit then go north.

All of the homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements for energy savings with features such as low-e windows and blown-in cellulose insulation.

The sales offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
