US Home reports brisk sales at its Bel Etage neighborhood within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas.
"Our home sales are moving fast with over half of the homes are already sold," sales agent Hal Smith said. Smith said the home sites at Bel Etage are among the largest in the master plan.
"We put a swimming pool in the back yard of each model home so our clients have a better perspective of the yard size. The models were also built on our standard 70X110 home sites, so they see a typical home model on a typical Bel Etage site," he said.
Buyers can choose from two single-story floor plans and three two-story designs, ranging from 3,118 to 4,483 square feet with as many as five bedrooms.
All residences are Energy Star certified for energy efficiency.
Standard exterior features include paver-stone driveways and front walkways, three-car garages, two-tone exterior paint, carriage lights and covered entries. Interiors showcase formal entries, living and dining rooms, archways, pot and plant shelves, and art and media niches.
Homes are priced from the $500,000s.
Aliante is a 1,905-acre community with nearly 430 acres dedicated to recreational and public uses, including a municipal golf course, an arroyo and trails.
Among the community parks is the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park with a man-made lake with waterfalls, play areas, soccer fields, tennis courts and a volleyball stadium.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 (Las Vegas Beltway) East exit. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, and then left onto the Beltway. Head east to the Aliante Parkway exit and go north.
The sales office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
