Red Rock Country Club features quick-closing homes

Red Rock Country Club has a limited number of completed homes available for quick closings, allowing buyers to move in by the end of the year, according to the builder.

"This is a great opportunity for buyers looking to close on a new home immediately as well as those looking to close on a new home before the end of this year and take advantage of the low interest rates and tax advantages come April." sales executive Kevin Stall said.

Five floor plans are available, and each features a private-entry courtyard and three-car garage. Prices range from the mid-$500,000s to the mid-$700,000s.

The single-story Acacia Plan 1102 measures 2,503 square feet with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

Acacia 1204 Plan, a two-story home, features a golf-course location that measures 3,451 square feet.

The Ocotillo Plan 3102 is a single-story plan measuring 3,074 square feet with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

Measuring 4,175 square feet is the Ocotillo Plan 3104, a single-story plan with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

Both Ocotillo homes include backyard landscaping and a golf course location.

Plan 2202 in the Mesquite Collection measures 3,592 square feet and is a two-story home with four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, nook, family room and two fireplaces.

Located near Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the community offers homes priced from the $350,000s to more than $2 million in four collections, and is home to the first of two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer.

Amenities include a 44,000-square-foot clubhouse with two dining rooms; a golf pro shop; banquet facilities; a meeting room; and an aquatic center with several pools, a spa, a children's splash-and-spray park and an outdoor grill.

Also featured are a golf practice facility; a tennis facility; and a sports club with exercise equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms and a supervised children's play center.

Priced from the $350,000s to more than $2 million, the community features one- and two-story designs with as many as six bedrooms and a four-car garage. Floor plans measure from 2,100 to 5,300 square feet.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and go west. The model homes and sales center are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The builder is also developing Siena, an age-qualified community in Summerlin.
