Final countdown under way at San Michelle

The countdown to final closeout is under way at Christopher Homes' San Michelle neighborhood within the guard-gated Queensridge North community. According to sales agent Michelle Gallagher, four homes are available at the northwestern valley neighborhood, all of which can be occupied by the holidays.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Boulevard, go south to Alta Drive and then west to the entrance. The center is open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
