Sullivan Square to pay closing costs for buyers

For a limited time, Sullivan Square is offering to pay closing costs at the new 16.5-acre, mixed-use community in southwest Las Vegas.

"This exclusive, limited-time offer will reward buyers who make the decision to purchase at Sullivan Square," said Dale Rowse, principal of Viridian Vertical, a division of Viridian Group, the development's sales representative. "It is a great incentive during the perfect time of year to buy a home."

Sullivan Square recently opened its sales center and the 6,000-square-foot building showcases six design options for urban living, including a park, market street and office buildings.

The development's Madison Tower I is currently offering 159 units with more than 20 floor plans ranging from 600 to more than 1,800 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$400,000s.

Upon completion, the complex will include as many as 1,300 residences within high-rise towers, terraced condominiums, Chicago-style lofts, brownstones, townhomes and live/work spaces. Residences will be wired for fiber optics, including voice, data and video connectivity. Sullivan Square will meet the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards, promoting a healthier environment and cost savings to residents, according to the builder.

The sales center is located at 8930 Spanish Ridge Avenue and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway South and exit Durango Drive heading north. Turn west on Spanish Ridge Avenue and turn north at The Park at Spanish Ridge. The sales center is located at the north end of the complex.

The mixed-use complex of residences and businesses is being co-developed by Glen, Smith & Glen Development and Harcourt Developments. Glen, Smith & Glen Development is a Las Vegas-based commercial and residential development firm.

Harcourt Developments is a Dublin, Ireland-based international property development, investment and management company.

Harcourt Developments has financed 100 percent of the project's building costs.
