Two-bedroom models popular at Vistana

Buyers at the Vistana at Rhodes Ranch condominium development in the southwestern valley are purchasing the property's two-bedroom units at a rapid pace, according to sales agent Maxine Astengo.

"The Madrid, Florence, Naples and Monaco homes are some of the most popular models we offer at Vistana at Rhodes Ranch," Astengo said.

"We have a limited number left, and home buyers should come visit us soon if they're looking for the best choice."

The two-bedroom condominiums feature two baths and range from the 847-square-foot Madrid floor plan to the 1,263-square-foot Cannes model. The Cannes is a split-level design with a first-floor entry and living area on the second floor.

"The two-bedroom homes are still affordably priced around $100,000," Astengo said.

Three floor plans feature one bedroom and one bath, and measure from 670 to 796 square feet.

The largest plan offered has three bedrooms and two baths; it measures 1,413 square feet.

Each condominium features an appliance package and window coverings.

Homes are priced from the mid-$70,000s to the $130,000s.

Resort-style amenities at the development include swimming pools, a spa and two-story fitness center.

To visit the complex, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, then go south to Warm Springs Road.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
