Custom-home options plentiful at Seven Hills

The diverse selection of custom-home sites and the opportunity to construct homes in a variety of architectural styles has made Seven Hills "the community of choice" among custom-home buyers in Henderson, according to sales executive Varo Gabriel.

"One of the most appealing aspects of our custom-home site program is the fact that we can give buyers so many choices, along with the flexibility they need to create their own personal dream homes," Gabriel said.

Gabriel said the custom lots measure as much as about an acre and are priced from the $170,000s to more than $1 million. Buyers may purchase multiple home sites to create larger estates.

The custom neighborhoods feature guard-gated entrances, landscaped open space, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with a playground and tennis and basketball courts.
