Custom-home options plentiful at Seven Hills

The diverse selection of custom-home sites and the opportunity to construct homes in a variety of architectural styles has made Seven Hills "the community of choice" among custom-home buyers in Henderson, according to sales executive Varo Gabriel.

"One of the most appealing aspects of our custom-home site program is the fact that we can give buyers so many choices, along with the flexibility they need to create their own personal dream homes," Gabriel said.

"We have architectural guidelines, however we have an appreciation for diversity in architectural style, which gives our custom neighborhoods a more artistic feel and a sense that each home has the distinct signature of its owner."

Gabriel said the custom lots measure as much as about an acre and are priced from the $170,000s to more than $1 million. Buyers may purchase multiple home sites to create larger estates.

The majority of the lots are situated in neighborhoods that align golf course fairways and many offer city and mountain views. The custom neighborhoods feature guard-gated entrances, landscaped open space, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with a playground and tennis and basketball courts.

The community is also home to four city parks and several neighborhood parks that variously feature basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

Seven Hills is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership.

To visit the sales center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue and go south.

It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
