Rhodes assists needy children

Halloween is a special event in a child's life. To help make the day extra special for some of the less fortunate children in the valley, employees of Rhodes Homes donated candy and other spooky goodies to the children of SafeNest and ChildHaven.

"We wanted to make sure that some of the less-fortunate children in our community had an opportunity to celebrate a fun Halloween along with everyone else," said Tawnya Rosenthal, marketing manager at Rhodes Homes. "Our company and our employees feel it is very important to give back to the communities we call home."

Rhodes has nine active developments in the valley, with prices ranging from the mid-$80,000s to more than $1 million.

In the northwestern valley, it is building The Preserve, a neighborhood of single-story homes priced from the high $200,000s.

The southwestern valley is home to the builder's Spanish Hills, featuring homes priced as much as $1 million, and The Villas, where two-story single-family homes are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Also located in the southwest is the Rhodes Ranch community, where the builder is constructing The Links, The Lakes, Vistana and The Falls.

Henderson is home to the Platinum and Gold Collections at Palm Hills, where floor plans measure from 1,530 to 4,005 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s.
