Esprit's amenities extolled

Resort-style living at an affordable price is being touted by the Esprit at Stonegate condominium development in the northeastern valley.

"I can't believe the outstanding values that are available at Esprit at Stonegate," sales agent Ken Kelsey said. "There still are some affordable homes in Southern Nevada and the resort-style amenities here are outstanding."

Among the amenities are swimming pools, a clubhouse, fitness center, gated entry and mature landscaping.

Kelsey said many buyers are looking forward to using the fitness center.

The Spirit and Aurora models each offer two bedrooms and two baths. First-floor homes are priced from $98,900. Second-floor homes are priced from $99,900. The Spirit plan is 960 square feet; the Aurora is 970 square feet.

The three-bedroom, two-bath Eclipse starts at $108,900 for a first-floor home and from $109,900 for a second-floor home. It measures 1,200 square feet.

During the grand opening phase, the homes include an appliance package consisting of a washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Each home has a patio or balcony, with an adjacent storage unit, and all second-floor units include a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a skylight in the master suite.

The developer is Stonegate Condominiums.

Several mortgage packages are available, including a zero-down, 30-year, fixed loan. Veterans and Nellis Air Force Base personnel can take advantage of the Veterans Affairs $1 down, 30-year, fixed loan. As an added bonus, the seller pays all fees.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east past Nellis Boulevard. The development is on the north side of the street.
