Pardee releases new phase at Silver Tree in Nevada Trails

The newest phase in Pardee Homes' Silver Tree neighborhood in Nevada Trails will be released today, said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.

"Silver Tree features large, flexible family-oriented homes...," Landry said. "In addition to great design and location, these homes all meet the highest standards of energy efficiency, being at least 30 percent more efficient than standard homes."

Measuring 2,000 square feet, the single-story Plan One has three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage plus swing garage. Priced from $221,450, the plan also has an optional den and shop, and is available with an additional bedroom.

The single-story Plan Two features four bedrooms, three baths, optional nursery and den in 2,310 square feet. The home has a three-car garage and is priced from $236,450.

Plan Three is a two-story home measuring 2,677 square feet. It has four bedrooms, three baths, bonus room or optional fifth bedroom, and a three-car garage. A butler's pantry and wet bar are optional. It is priced from $243,950.

Priced from $262,950, the flexible Plan Four is a two-story home with many customizing options.

Measuring 3,085 square feet, the Plan Four A includes four bedrooms, bonus room, three baths and three-car garage. It can also measure 3,385 square feet with an optional game room, or as many as six bedrooms and four baths.

Plans Four B and C feature four bedrooms, bonus room, alcove, three baths and two-car garage with workshop and swing garage in 3,216 square feet. It is also available at 3,690 square feet with an optional game room and den, or six bedrooms and four baths.

The Plan Four D, measuring 3,370 square feet, includes four bedrooms, bonus room, alcove, three baths, and two-car garage with workshop and swing garage. It is also available at 3,844 square feet with an optional game room or as many as seven bedrooms and four baths.

The community features three neighborhoods and will include 13 acres of parks and walking trails.

The Manzanita neighborhood offers four flexible floor plans ranging from 1,429 to 2,566 square feet. With as many as five bedrooms, two and three baths, and two- and three-car garages, the homes are priced from $178,450 to $221,950.

The gated Saddle Peak neighborhood features only single-story homes, which are priced from $264,700 to $284,200. Three floor plans range from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet, and feature as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages.

As with all other Pardee homes offered in Southern Nevada, houses in the community have received the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label due to their energy-saving features such as low-emissivity windows and specially engineered heating and cooling systems.

To visit Nevada Trails, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee is celebrating its 50th year in Southern Nevada.
