Two homes remain at Richmond's Pavona Estates

Richmond American Homes' Pavona Estates is approaching closeout, as only two homes remain for sale.

"The distinct Mediterranean flavor and creative designs at Pavona, along with the ... pricing, have attracted home buyers in large numbers. This community has only been open since January and closeout is already imminent," sales manager Nicole Moore said.

Buyers also have been impressed by the neighborhood's northwestern valley location.

The two models for sale feature upgrades such as custom paint and wallpaper, energy conservation packages, electrical packages and landscaped yards.

The Roze model is highlighted by exterior stone accents. Measuring 2,201 square feet, the two-story design offers three bedrooms, a den with a built-in desk, and three baths. It also has wood flooring and carpet, raised-panel oak cabinets, and granite kitchen counter tops with a stone backsplash. It is priced at $350,990.

"This has been a very popular design and many people have commented on the unique flair of this home," sales agent Melissa Latta said.

The largest model available is the two-story Mozart. The 3,279-square-foot home features four bedrooms, a den, studio, three baths, a super family room with a fireplace, and built-in cabinets. Further upgrades include ceramic-tile flooring, granite kitchen counter tops with a granite backsplash, and raised-panel cherry cabinets. The home is priced at $395,990.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Decatur Boulevard and go north. Proceed to Elkhorn Road, head west to Thom Boulevard and turn north.

Richmond American has 19 active neighborhoods throughout the valley. The builder's homes are priced from the $90,000s to the $300,000s.

Models and sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday and Friday, when they open at noon.
