Pardee releases Fontana homes

Pardee Homes will release a new phase of Fontana homes today in the Eldorado Highlands area of its Eldorado community in North Las Vegas. The homes are located on elevated sites near a park and school.

Sales executive Rob Tuvell touted the homes' Energy Star package which exceeds national energy standards.

"With windows that keep heat inside during the winter and out during the summer, engineered heating and cooling systems, and tightly sealed air ducts, this program is designed to increase a home's energy efficiency by at least 30 percent," he said.

Four plans are available.

Plan One is a single-story design with three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and a two-car garage. Options include a nursery off the master suite, two master suites and a three-car garage. The home can measure from 1,594 to 1,827 square feet and is priced from $193,450 and $202,450.

The single-story Plan Two measures 1,979 square feet. It has three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A den or dining room, or fourth bedroom is optional. It is priced from $218,950.

At 2,349 square feet, Plan Three is a two-story design with three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, and a two- or three-car garage. It is priced from $224,450.

Priced from $237,950 and measuring 2,712 square feet, Plan Four is a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath residence with a bonus room and a three-car garage. Alternative configurations bring the home's square footage to 2,459 or 2,931 square feet.

Models, along with those from the builder's Mandevilla neighborhood, are featured in the model park.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Also featured are a second park and a fire station.

Pardee has constructed homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
