COLUMN: ACHIEVERS

-- Grubb & Ellis appointed Linda S. Wischmeyer to be director of property management. She focuses on daily operations, administration, accounting, financial reporting, leasing and development of the company's management portfolio. Previously, she was with The Dunn Cos. and The Howard Hughes Corp.

-- Nevada Contractor, a monthly tabloid newspaper, received the Tri-State Pinnacle Award from the Public Relations Society of America, Las Vegas Chapter, for "Best Magazine."

-- Michael Belnick joined the staff of Re/Max Central Commercial. He was previously with Coldwell Banker Commercial, and is a board member of the commercial division for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
