Amenities lure buyers to Turnberry Place

Turnberry Place offers buyers sky-high views, myriad amenities and a central location, according to sales executive John Riordan.

"(We) offer VIP, resort-style service in a private, gated community (that) caters to those looking for luxury living without the upkeep of owning a single-family residence," he said.

A development of Turnberry Associates, the $650 million high-rise condominium complex is located on Paradise Road and will feature four 40-story towers. The first two towers are complete. Units remain available in the third tower, which is scheduled to open next spring.

Buyers can choose from 10 floor plans, which are priced from $550,000 to more than $5.25 million.

Residents can enjoy room and limousine service, concierge service, 24-hour security, and membership to the Stirling Club.

The club features casual and fine dining, a spa, fitness center, Pilates studio, beauty salon, saunas, steam baths and an indoor lap pool. Additionally, there is a nightclub, wine club, piano lounge, clay tennis courts and an outdoor pool.

Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model at the sales office, located at 2777 Paradise Road. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
