Condos, amenities showcased at Copper Palms, Copper Sands

Copper Palms and Copper Sands, two condominium complexes located in the northwestern and southwestern valley, respectively, have more than 500 total residences available.

Both feature one- and two-bedroom units, ranging from 728 to 1,226 square feet. Garages are available on select units. Prices start from the low $100,000s.

Interior features include ceramic-tile flooring, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, crown molding, and washers and dryers.

The layout of each development is a plus, sales agent Curtis Mormon said.

"All these buildings are adequately spaced, so they're not on top of each other," he said. "There's room between each unit, and a very nice open and airy feeling throughout."

Each development includes a clubhouse, pool and spa.

Copper Palms is located at 1150 N. Buffalo Drive, near Washington Avenue. Copper Sands is located at 8101 W. Flamingo Road, near Buffalo. Both sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
