A 3,500-square-foot clubhouse is the focal point at Rancho Lake Condominiums, located at 2075 N. Rancho Drive, just south of Lake Mead Boulevard.

The facility includes a workout area, as well as a full kitchen that can be used for functions throughout the year.

Offered by BHP Investors, buyers can choose from three one-bedroom models priced from $95,000; three two-bedroom designs priced from $127,000; and three three-bedroom plans priced from $145,000.

Square footages range from 719 to 1,100.

Rancho Lake, a 300-unit gated development, is in its fourth phase of sales. Five sales were recorded in one weekend alone, and more than 30 reservations have been accepted, according to sales agent Virginia Anderson.

Interiors feature a refrigerator, dishwasher, range with hood, washer, dryer, disposal and window coverings.

A monthly association fee of $122 covers water, sewer, trash, clubhouse upkeep, and the maintenance and insurance of the buildings' exterior.

Sales office hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
