New-home sales are near an end at Siena, an age-qualified village within Summerlin.
"For those who are ready to purchase, the timing couldn't be more perfect," sales executive Jimmy Jones said. "The remaining new homes are finished, and buyers who purchase now can enjoy the holidays in their new Siena home."

The residences feature landscaped yards, shutters on all windows, garages with floor coatings and cabinets, appliance packages, and granite counter tops.
Builder model closeouts are also available, and priced from the $400,000s to $1 million.
The single-story floor plans range from 1,040 to more than 3,100 square feet. Each plan in the six Italian-themed collections can be customized.
"A few of the remaining homes are located on beautiful golf course home sites and a handful are from our popular Villa collection," Jones said. "In addition, we continue to showcase our three fully-furnished models that are all available for purchase with or without the furnishing."
Siena Golf Club, a public course open to golfers of all ages, winds through the 665-acre community. Siena residents are given preferred rates and tee times. The club is accessed just outside Siena's guard-gated entry, and is anchored by a clubhouse with a restaurant and pro shop.
