Chris Luttkus has spent the past 30 years making people feel better. As a nurse, her days are filled with comforting and helping others. "I love my new home," she said. "I have been wanting a home of my own since I moved to Las Vegas nine years ago, and I'm thrilled to finally be here."

The gated development, located near Durango Drive and U.S. Highway 95, has a swimming pool.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, go west to Oso Blanca Road and turn right. Proceed to Severance Lane and turn left. Or, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and go north to Oso Blanca Road, turn left and then left again on Severance Lane. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

The builder offers three additional Tripoly developments in the valley: Tripoly at Desert Pines, located near U.S. Highway 95 and Craig Road; Tripoly at Warm Springs, located near Interstate 215 and Jones Boulevard; and Tripoly at Stephanie, located near Interstate 215 and Stephanie Street in Henderson.

One-stop shopping is offered at the KB Home design center, where buyers may select options and upgrades and prospective buyers can receive free financial advice, including credit reports, and assistance locating a home in one of the builder's subdivisions.
