Christopher touts Villas, Collection

The final phases of The Christopher Collection and The Villas present a selection of luxurious homes, closeout pricing and the opportunity to move in as early as the end of second-quarter 2005, according to sales agent Kimberly Heese.

Both neighborhoods are under development by Christopher Homes in the guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley. Designs range from 2,163 to 6,000 square feet.

Many of the homes align the golf course, and offer mountain views. Three of the residences are located within the model park.

Prices start from about $700,000 to $2 million.

"When the homes in our final release are sold, the opportunity to own a brand-new home in either of these neighborhoods will come to an end," Heese said.

Heese encouraged prospective buyers to visit before the neighborhoods close out.

"Even if you have been here before, you should come out again and see how Southern Highlands Golf Club has blossomed. From the landscaped streets and entries, to the golf course and clubhouse, this country club is on par with the finest in the United States," she said.

Each buyer receives a social membership to the golf club, upon application approval.

The community's private golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. It is complemented by a 42,000-square-foot clubhouse offering formal and informal dining, a golf library, wine room, furnished locker rooms, and a pro shop.

A 13,000-square-foot spa features private treatment rooms, men's and women's lounge areas with private steam rooms, vitality pools and relaxation areas.

Other amenities include a fitness center, cardiovascular center, group exercise and yoga studio, private training studios, lighted tennis courts, a swimming pool, private cabanas, an outdoor spa, manicure and pedicure stations and a children's pool and play area.
