Ryland touts designs' flexibility
Ryland Homes offers flexibility in its three designs at Posadas, one of five neighborhoods it offers within the Sunrise Ridge community in the southeastern valley, according to sales agents. Homes within the neighborhood range from 1,283 to 1,553 square feet. Prices start from the low to mid-$200,000s. Standard features of the single-story designs include recessed lighting, energy-efficient fixtures, upgraded master bath, laundry room and two-car garage with a finished interior. Residence One comes with two bedrooms, two baths, a sunroom, breakfast nook, patio and optional den. With two bedrooms and two baths, Residence Two design provides an island kitchen with a breakfast nook, patio, and optional den or dining room. An attic or storage area is optional. Residence Three offers bay windows, a patio with a loggia, and a great room/dining room. The two-bedroom, two-bath plan has the option for a den or third bedroom, as well as an attic/storage room. Along with the Las Rosa, Calarosa, Dorado and Treo neighborhoods, buyers can choose from 19 floor plans at other neighborhoods in the community. Through the builder's TrueU program, buyers can customize and upgrade their homes. To visit, take Interstate 515 to the Flamingo Road exit and head east. Turn left at Cabana Drive, then turn right at Desert Inn Road. Proceed to Theme Road, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
