Low-maintenance lifestyle at Rancho Lake condos draws buyers



Rancho Lake Condominiums, a complex in the northwestern valley, has attracted a variety of buyers with its low-maintenance lifestyle, according to sales agent Cindy Potter.

"Our buyers want a simple lifestyle with all the amenities," she said. "That's exactly what Rancho Lake Condominiums offers. Our residents love that the community has been packaged so well."

The development is located at 2075 N. Rancho Drive, just south of Lake Mead Boulevard. Sales activity is in the fourth of seven phases.

The residences range from 719 to 1,100 square feet.

Three one-bedroom models are priced from $95,000; three two-bedroom units are priced from $127,000; and three three-bedroom units are priced from $145,000.

An appliance package features a refrigerator, dishwasher, range with hood, washer and dryer. Also included are window coverings and a laundry room.

Common area amenities include covered parking; a 3,500-square-foot clubhouse with an exercise room, pool and outdoor spa; a playground; and barbecue area with gas grills.

A monthly association fee of $122 covers water, sewer, trash, clubhouse upkeep, and the maintenance and insurance of the buildings' exteriors.

The 300-unit gated development is being offered by BHP Investors LLC.

Sales office hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
