Loft 5 condominiums to blend minimalist design, maximum style

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Among the developments planned in the Las Vegas Valley is Loft 5, a 272-unit condominium complex at Las Vegas Boulevard and Pebble Road in the southern valley.

Project designer Richard McCann said Loft 5 showcases a blend of minimalist design and maximum style.

"Loft 5 was consciously designed as a distinctly modern alternative to the more traditionally designed condominium developments," he said. "We worked hard to create a luxurious urban community with only the highest quality finishes and amenities to complement the minimalist design."

Four floor plans are available, measuring 1,200 to more than 2,200 square feet. Each unit has a sky deck or terrace as large as 400 square feet that is not included as living space.

The residences are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

Interior highlights include floor-to-ceiling windows, natural stone counter tops and flooring, and bamboo hardwood flooring.

Top-of-the-line kitchen appliances and fixtures are also featured.

Two-story units have 20-foot ceilings; single-level units feature 12-foot ceilings.

Select plans offer what McCann called the "Vegas package," which comprises a hot tub, custom bar and fireplace all on the sky deck.

Among the planned amenities is a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, spa services, full-service concierge, a lounge, coffee/nutrition bar, sundries store, business center and private screening room.

The plan also includes two swimming pools, two lounging pools, private poolside cabanas, hot tubs, open fire pits, and gardens and walking paths amid sculptural landforms.
