Terraced condo/townhome development will introduce urban living within surburban southwest

Sullivan Square has opened its sales center. The 6,000-square foot building showcases the mixed-use development's six options for urban living, which include a park, a Market Street and office buildings.
The sales center, located in southwest Las Vegas, features an architectural model detailing the 161/2-acre project.

Madison Tower I is currently offering 159 units with more than 20 floor plans ranging from 600 to more than 1,800 square feet and prices ranging from the mid-$400,000s to $1.5 million.
Upon completion, Sullivan Square will include 1,300 residences with six options for urban living which include floor plans of varying design from high-rise tower units, terraced condominiums, Chicago-style lofts, brownstones, townhomes and live/work spaces.
Plans for the development's Market Street include 25 shops and services such as an independently owned café, restaurant, neighborhood pub, florist, fresh fish market, bakery and a butcher shop.
Office buildings and a 11/2-acre park complete the urban palate.
"Not only will residents regularly see their neighbors, they'll get to know the guy who takes their coffee order at the local java house and be able to ask the butcher for 'the usual,'" said Kenneth Smith, president of Glen Smith & Glen Development, developer of Sullivan Square.
"When you see the same people at the market, the dry cleaner or the bakery, a sense of community evolves," he said.
Sullivan Square will be wired for fiber optics, offering residents voice, data and video connectivity.
The Sullivan Square sales center is located at 8930 Spanish Ridge Ave. and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To visit, take Interstate 215 the Las Vegas Beltway south and exit Durango Drive heading north.
Turn west on Spanish Ridge Avenue and turn north at The Park at Spanish Ridge.
