Richmond American Homes is presenting homes for immediate move-in within its northwest Las Vegas Brentwood Grove neighborhood.
According to sales agent Lori Noon, the neighborhood offers an appealing location, flexible floor plans and savings on homes ready for quick move-in.

"Brentwood Grove is a small community tucked away in an established area, so it's very quiet and has a nice neighborhood feel," Noon said. "It's really a beautiful location, with the mountains and desert vistas as a backdrop. Schools are very close by, and residents can enjoy easy access to the 215 Beltway and Highway 95, with a quick commute to downtown."
There are opportunities for buyers to save on two homes currently available for move-in within 45 days, according to Noon.
The 2,150-square-foot Birch is a two-story floor plan of three- to as many as five-bedrooms, three baths, an open loft, master bedroom with dual walk-in closets and dual vanity sinks. Normally priced from the $340,000s, said Noon, the quick move-in home is priced from the $320,000s. One of the available Birch designs is located on corner lot and includes three bedrooms and a study on the first floor. The other home has a fourth bedroom on the first floor in place of the study.
The neighborhood features two additional floor plans to choose from. Priced from the $330,000s the Willow offers 2,050 square feet, three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Highlights include a circular entry leading into a formal dining room, a storage area off the two-car garage, a loft, an upstairs tech center and a master bedroom suite with a private bath and two separate walk-in closets.
The largest floor plan is the 2,350-square-foot Empress, priced from the $360,000s. The second level features a bonus room and an optional deck off the master bedroom suite.

The Birch and the Empress both offer an optional bedroom on the main floor in place of the study, and the two plans offer optional patios or decks.
