Nevada Homes Group's Day Spring attracted more than 300 visitors to its release of townhomes in its second development, located across the street from the first. Refreshments, dancers and music greeted guests at the southwestern valley locale.

Floor plans range from 1,104 to 1,629 square feet. The four Spanish-style villas offer two to four bedrooms and two-car garages. Amenities include hardwood cabinets, cultured-marble counter tops, textured walls and clay-tile roofs.

Each home features Gas Select Plus energy-efficiency technology and cellulose insulation.

Prices start from the $140,000s.

The development features landscaping and a fountain.

To visit, take Durango Drive south, past Flamingo Road, to Peace Way and head west. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Sunday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
