Nevada Trails' models open in southwest
Interested home buyers no longer have to put their names on a waiting list in order to purchase a new home at Nevada Trails, a Pardee Homes community in the southwestern valley. "The demand for homes at Nevada Trails has been so phenomenal, we had to have waiting lists. However, home sites are now available in all three neighborhoods -- Manzanita, Silver Tree and Saddle Peak -- and we're still taking names for future releases," sales executive Ray Landry said. Eleven models are featured at the three neighborhoods. Each offers design options and has earned the EPA's Energy Star label and the ComfortWise designation for energy efficiency. The Manzanita neighborhood features four floor plans, ranging from 1,414 to 2,566 square feet. Priced from the mid-$150,000s, the homes offer as many as five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two- and three-car garages. Silver Tree offers four floor plans that measure from 2,000 to 3,844 square feet and are priced from the low $190,000s. The designs include as many as seven bedrooms, four baths, and two- and three-car garages. They offer formal living and dining rooms; family rooms or great rooms; and options for a guest suite, bonus room, secondary owner bedroom and workshop. The gated Saddle Peak neighborhood offers three single-story floor plans priced from the mid-$200,000s. Ranging from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet, they feature as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. The designs offer courtyard entries; island kitchens; and options for covered patios, sun rooms, a secondary owner suite and home office package. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right into the community. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
