In-a-hurry buyers look to Toll Bros.

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Not all home buyers can wait several months for their new home to be built, which is why Toll Bros. has an inventory of homes ready for immediate move-in or leaseback, according to company executive Gary Mayo.

"There are buyers who appreciate quality and demand the best, but don't have the time (or) desire to wait," he said. "Our quick-delivery homes offer every feature and distinguishing quality that Toll Brothers is known for. The only difference is the quicker move-in. We're building more of these homes because demand is on the increase."

Some people, according to Mayo, are in more of a hurry to move in than others.

"We've had awe-struck out-of-towners who come in and want to buy the decorated model for cash for immediate, turnkey move-in," he said.

At some of the builder's five neighborhoods in Las Vegas and Henderson, homes are ready for immediate occupancy, while others can be ready within a few months.

For example, there are three quick-delivery homes available at the Wood Glen neighborhood in Summerlin's gated Willow Creek development. Prices range from $692,840 for the Shenandoah home that is ready for occupancy to $803,015 for the Timberlake home that is ready for move-in.

To tour the homes, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive and go south, following the signs.

In addition, there is a Nottingham home available for immediate leaseback at Buckingham at Queensridge. The home is priced at $796,975 and features a courtyard entry, grand foyer, island kitchen with a breakfast bar, and stone pool. It has three bedrooms and two baths.

To preview this home, take Charleston Boulevard to Fort Apache Road, go north to Alta Drive then head west.

"While the styles and prices of homes available for quick delivery vary, home buyers who want a brand new, yet already-built luxury home can look to Toll Bros., whether it is for a year round home or a seasonal residence, to fulfill their needs," Mayo said.

Toll Bros. is developing neighborhoods in 21 states nationwide.
