Pulte Homes offers reduced mortgage rate

Pulte Homes is offering reduced mortgage rates on select homes in its developments through Dec. 31, according to Judy Puttmann, vice president of Pulte Mortgage Corp.

Puttmann said the builder's 5.999 percent financing can represent a savings of $338 per month on a $200,000, 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage, based on principal and interest. Mortgages available through this offer are not to exceed $275,000.

Puttmann cited the builder's Stallion Mountain Country Club as an ideal place to take advantage of the reduced rate.

The Greens neighborhood, which is part of the country club, features homes measuring from 2,476 to 2,881 square feet. Prices start in the $240,000s.

Two single-story plans are available for immediate move-in.

One is the Bay Hill plan, which measures 2,476 square feet. It contains three bedrooms, three baths, a courtyard entrance, dining room, den, island kitchen with glass block windows and a breakfast bar, a family room with a fireplace, and an owner suite with a sitting room and walk-in closet.

The other is the Heron Bay, which measures 2,881 square feet, offers four bedrooms, three baths, a den and three-car attached garage. Amenities include a courtyard entrance, family room with a fireplace, kitchen with a center island and cook-top range, owner suite with a bay window, and owner bath with a walk-in closet.

Other neighborhoods featuring immediate move-ins are The Links and The Fairways, which also have homes available for move-in.

The Links features homes ranging from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet, and prices start from the $140,000s.

The Fairway offers homes measuring from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet and prices start from the $170,000s.

All of the Pulte's neighborhoods feature the Platinum Series Environments for Living technology in their homes, and offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit Stallion Mountain, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the gated entrance. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at noon.
