"Buyers are stunned by the reasonable greens fees, the moderately ?priced meals at The Mountain Falls Grill Room and the exceptionally low homeowner association fees," Kemper said. "Families, second-home buyers and retirees are thrilled to live in a community where reasonable prices are the rule, not the exception."
Mountain Falls Golf Club is an 18-hole, 7,250-yard parkland style course. Rates range from $50 Monday through Thursday to $60 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Golfers can play for $35 after 11:30 a.m., daily. The Mountain Falls Grill Room, located in the community's clubhouse is open to golfers, residents and the public, and can accommodate up to 350 people for private parties.
"The restaurant has an environment unique to Pahrump. Homeowners rave at the offerings and service. Not many people have the luxury of walking to a restaurant of this caliber," Kemper said. "The fact that it's family friendly makes it very popular among residents."
Residents have exclusive use of the community facility which includes a fitness center equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, Stairmasters and recumbent exercise bikes. Group aerobics and yoga classes are planned. Locker rooms and a resident lounge with a pool table complete the indoor amenities. The facility offers an outdoor family pool, adult pool, spa and interactive water-play area.
Homeowner association fees are less than $50 a month, according to Kemper.
The William Lyon single-story communities of Cascata Ancora, Cascata, Tramonto and Bella Sera at Mountain Falls are priced from the low $200,000s. Classic Homes, Desert Wind Homes and Celebrate Homes will soon debut homes within the community.
Upon completion, Mountain Falls will feature neighborhood mini-parks and a four-mile walking trail.
