Landscaping, amenities appeal to Vistana buyers
Tropical trees, green grass and resort-style amenities await residents of Vistana at Rhodes Ranch, a condominium development in the southwestern valley. "People are amazed when they first visit Vistana. They're not expecting a resort community with lush landscaping and mature trees. Most communities have sticks for trees and new sod that's just started growing. We have mature landscape and large palm trees that make a statement about the community from the moment you enter," sales agent Brent Simmons said. "It's amazing to see how much you get for the new-home prices at Vistana. Not only are the homes available for as little as $1,000 down (for qualified buyers), they are only priced from the mid-$70,000s. Add in all of the included extras such as our three community pools, a two-story fitness center with spa, and the two sets of entry gates, and it's easy to see that Vistana is ... a great place to live." The condominiums are priced from the mid-$70,000s to the mid-$130,000s. Three of the floor plans feature one bedroom and one bath and range from 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom, two-bath designs measure from 847 to more than 1,200 square feet. The largest model offers three bedrooms and two baths, and measures 1,413 square feet. The builder, Rhodes Homes, includes an appliance package and window coverings with each purchase. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive then go south toward Warm Springs Road. Th0e sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
