Seven Hills' elevated and terraced terrain has enabled the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership, to offer custom-home sites with views of the city, a golf course and mountains in Henderson. The custom lots measure up to about an acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

More than 200 custom sites have been sold in the community, and more than 120 custom homes have been completed, are under construction or in architectural review.

Among them, the custom neighborhoods feature guard-gated entries, landscaped open space, a view park, and 2-acre park with a playground and tennis and basketball courts.

The community also features four city parks and several neighborhood parks. They are designed to complement the natural desert terrain and include basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
