Toll Bros. keen on outdoor lifestyles

Outdoor living areas are a popular feature in homes built by Toll Bros. Whether it be a patio, balcony, courtyard entry or swimming pool, such features and decorator items set the tone for the environment, according to the builder.

Covered patios in the back yard, for example, can be enhanced with such options as built-in grills, wet bars, cabanas or a porch swing.

Balconies or decks serve to expand the living space, such as in the Bellini model at Monterossa in The Vistas village in Summerlin, or in the Beningbrough model at Heritage Glen, located in the Willow Creek village.

Courtyards can provide an ideal place for evening entertainment, and are featured in the Botticelli model at Monterossa, as well as in the Avignon and Montebello models at Rosemont in The Gardens village in Summerlin. An optional fireplace is available, and serves as a further enhancement.

Buyers who wish to include a swimming pool with their home purchase have several options, including hot tubs, play pools, rock waterfalls and vanishing edge pools.

Toscana, a new neighborhood in the northwestern valley, features home sites measuring 20,000 square feet and larger. Such lots can easily accommodate a variety of water features, including a pool, fountain or pond.

The builder also offers a "classic" look as evidenced by the weathered arches and statues in the back yard of the Trapani model at Monterossa, or the rock waterfall and Grecian stone gazebo in the yard of the Vasari model, also at Monterossa.

Views, such as those seen from the homes at Stonehaven in Henderson, also enhance an outdoor lifestyle. The neighborhood is located within the MacDonald Highlands community, where hillside homes offering city and mountain views are prevalent.

Homes with views will also be available at Terra Bella, which the builder plans to open soon in the northwestern valley.
