-- Innovative Resort Communities, a San Diego-based developer, is building Mantova, a neighborhood of lakefront villas located on the SouthShore of Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson. Phase one will include 35 homes.

-- Lee & Associates' Michael W. Ansell represented AMX Nevada in its purchase of the Lady Luck Hotel & Casino, located at 206 N. 3rd St., from the Isle of Capri Casino for $11 million.

-- NAI Horizon's Rick Dramm represented Ron Almadova in his five-year, three-month lease of 1,170 square feet at 11115 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 103, from Golden Millennium, represented by Paul Freed of Pacific Concepts, for $152,090.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Richard Luciani and Bill Walsh represented both parties in Office Etc.'s three-year lease of 2,220 square feet at 175 Cassia Way in Henderson to Rainbow International for $54,378. Dean Willmore represented both parties in Showcase Slots & Antiquities' 50-month lease of 17,826 square feet at 3430 W. Sunset Road from Breslin Builders for $521,468. Willmore also represented Las Vegas Container in the 62-month lease of 71,415 square feet at 4300 Flossmoor St. in North Las Vegas from Centra Craig Distribution for $1.43 million.

-- Power Realty's David Abraham represented Cassia Corners in its three-year, 11,500-square-foot lease at 141-A Cassia Way to Bairs Carpets, represented by Dan Zarling of Zarling Realty, for $241,200. Abraham represented One-Forty-One-A Cassia Way in its purchase of 11,520 square feet at 141-A Cassia Way from Cassia Corners, represented by Zarling, for $964,000. Billy Joe Arthur represented DL Engineering and Controls in its three-year lease of 1,092 square feet at 2545 Chandler Ave., Suite 2, from Park 2000, represented by The Ribeiro Co.'s Kinmen Olsen, for $51,636. Billy Joe Arthur represented James Quinn in a five-year, 1,024- square-foot lease at 2550 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite E-12, from SARA, represented by Tedd B. Rosenstein of American Management Co., for $79,073.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Donna Alderson represented Operating Engineers in its 10-year lease of 38,570 square feet at 4550 Engineers Way to Kraft Foods for $1.6 million. In another transaction, Keith Spencer represented Acorn Associates in its sale of 5 acres at the northeast corner of Centennial Parkway and Hualapai Way to Desert Hills Properties for $470,000.
