-- Ground has been broken for Teco Four Industrial Commonwealth, a complex at 4270 W. Teco Ave. consisting of four office warehouses ranging from 8,996 to 11,230 square feet. Completion is scheduled for March 2004, and construction costs are estimated at $4 million. -- Target General of Nevada, a full-service general contractor, changed its name to CORE Construction. The firm recently moved to new offices at 2410 Fire Mesa St., Suite 130, in Las Vegas Tech Center II. -- Longford Properties selected Real Properties Management Group to manage Longford Plaza, a 235,000-square-foot office park located at 3077 E. Warm Springs Road. -- Alberto Jauregui and Chris Ballio of Nevada Land represented Central Properties in the sale of 40,000 square feet at the southwest corner of Sunset Road and Bruce Street to Roy Mauri for $800,000. Jauregui and Ballio also represented Kirby Reed in the sale of 45 quarter-acre lots located on the southwest and southeast corners of Dandelion Street and Autumnwood Drive in Pahrump to Palm Harbor for $416,250. -- CB Richard Ellis' Spencer Ballif and Jeff Swinger represented G&I Mountain Springs in the sale of 15.05 acres at 1701 Rock Springs Drive to WLA Associates for $20 million. Jeanene McClenahan-Maxon represented the Flamingo-Buffalo Center in the five-year lease of 2,250 square feet at 3955 S. Buffalo Drive to Nobel Health Care for $263,000.
