Vegas Grand condominiums announced
Del American is introducing Vegas Grand, a new luxury condominium development in Las Vegas. To be built on Flamingo Road near Swenson Street, the $325 million Italian-inspired development will have 880 units. "We are proud to bring a new level of luxury and lifestyle to Las Vegas," said Christopher DelGuidice, chairman and chief executive officer. "We look forward to becoming an important part of Las Vegas, not only as a developer and purveyor of luxury living, but as a family business with a strong and long history of contributing to the community as a socially responsible corporate citizen." The development will feature three collections: Villa D'Este, Cipriani and Villaggio. More than 20 one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans will be available. They measure from 1,200 to 3,200 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s to the high $600,000s. Resident amenities will include a fitness center, spa, pools, barbecue areas, party pavilions, cigar and wine bars, and concierge services. "We are making a ... commitment that will provide the city a new chapter in sumptuous living. This project, on Flamingo Road just east of the Strip, is funded and well on its way," DelGuidice said. The developer, based in Altamonte Springs, Fla., has been building multifamily properties for more than 20 years. The preconstruction sales office is located at 3993 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 450. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
