Pardee releases cul-de-sac homes

Pardee Homes is releasing eight homes today at Saddle Peak in Nevada Trails, a southwestern valley community. Six of the homes will have cul-de-sac locations.

"Now is a great time to purchase one of these beautiful ... homes at Saddle Peak and take advantage of the limited number of cul-de-sac home sites that are available," said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.

Three floor plans are available, and feature courtyard entries and island kitchens.

Plan One includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a two-car garage plus swing garage. Options include a den, Nevada room and additional bath. Priced from $264,700, the home measures from 2,565 to 2,804 square feet, depending on options.

At 2,823 square feet, Plan Two contains three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, and three-car garage. The home is priced from $277,700 and may include a courtyard fireplace and wet bar just off the courtyard.

Plan Three offers four bedrooms, a den or optional fifth bedroom, three baths, and two-car garage plus swing garage in 3,025 square feet. Priced from $284,200, the home is available with optional studio, exercise room or dual master suites.

"In addition to highly functional home design and the convenience of single-story living, Pardee offers an extraordinary level of energy efficiency at Saddle Peak. These energy-efficient homes are cooler in the summer, warmer in winter and quieter by design," Landry said.

All of the homes have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label, meaning they are at least 30 percent more efficient than standard homes.

Also open in the community are the Silver Tree and Manzanita neighborhoods.

Silver Tree offers four floor plans, measuring from 2,000 to 3,844 square feet. Priced from $218,450 to $274,450, the designs include as many as seven bedrooms, four baths and two- and three-car garages.

Manzanita features four flexible floor plans, ranging from 1,414 and 2,566 square feet. Homes offer as many as five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two- and three-car garages. They are priced from $178,450 to $221,950.

"Our home buyers particularly love Nevada Trails' peaceful desert setting with the backdrop of the Spring Mountain Range," Landry said.

Upon completion, the community will include 13 acres of parks and 10 miles of trails.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right.

The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
