Pulte prepares for homes' debut



Wyeth Ranch, the first of seven new neighborhoods Pulte Homes plans to open, will mark its debut Nov. 16 and 17.

Located in the northwestern valley, the neighborhood will offer homes measuring from 2,616 to 3,816 square feet on lots measuring nearly half an acre. Prices will range from $339,990 to $399,990.

Presales will begin in December for the first of several series of homes at Silverstone Ranch in the northwest area. Floor plans in Series 4 and 5 will measure between 1,913 and 3,448 square feet. The neighborhood will be built around the fairways of the 27-hole Silverstone Golf Club. Homes will be priced from the low $200,000s to the $600,000s.

Summerfield, Hillstone and Paradiso will be built in Summerlin.

Summerfield, which will open for presales before the end of the year, will feature two-story floor plans ranging from 1,583 to 1,860 square feet and priced from the high $100,000s.

Hillstone, an all single-story neighborhood, will feature homes ranging from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet. They will be priced from the low $200,000s and presales are expected to begin early next year.

Paradiso will offer single- and two-story plans measuring between 3,000 and 3,448 square feet. They will be priced from the low $400,000s.

The Aliante master plan in North Las Vegas will feature Serenata and Vialetto. Presales are expected to start by year's end.

Serenata will offer floor plans measuring from 1,900 to 2,600 square feet with prices from the mid-$200,000s. Vialetto will be priced from the high $100,000s with designs ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet.

Homes include the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and are recognized as Energy Star homes, which means they are at least 30 percent more efficient than standard homes. The homes also offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit Wyeth Ranch, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway East and turn right. Proceed to Tenaya Way, turn north and follow the signs. The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

To visit Silverstone Ranch, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive and turn east. Proceed to Grand Teton Drive and turn right, go to Buffalo Drive and turn north.

Pulte has 10 neighborhoods under development in Southern Nevada. Its Del Webb division is developing Sun City Anthem, Anthem Country Club and Sun City Aliante.
