Sun City Aliante features Cypress designs

Among the homes offered at Sun City Aliante, the age-qualified component of the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas, is the Cypress Collection.

"Of all the new home designs available at Sun City Aliante, the Cypress Collection is one of the top sellers," Lorraine Roberts, sales manager, said. "These designs represent the elegant yet casual style that buyers have come to expect from Del Webb."

The collection features two plans -- the Laurel and the Cedar.

The Laurel design has two bedrooms, two baths, a den, great room, optional covered patio and optional casita with bath. It measures 1,576 square feet and is priced from the high $170,000s.

The Cedar measures 1,716 square feet and features three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, kitchen nook and rear patio. It is priced from the low $190,000s.

Sun City will be built around an 18-hole, 6,900-yard, par-72 municipal golf course.

Proposed amenities include a recreation center with tennis courts, bocce courts, a swimming pool, fitness center, and club and hobby rooms.

The Aliante master plan is designed for people of all ages, and will include a variety of amenities.

Home prices will begin in the mid-$140,000s.

The master plan is managed by North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Corp. and Del Webb. When complete, Aliante will have about 7,500 homes and an anticipated population of 20,000.

A temporary sales office is open at 7891 Tropical Parkway, Suite 120, in the Centennial Marketplace at U.S. Highway 95 and Centennial Parkway. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
