Last lots ready at Renaissance

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Pardee Homes has released the final five lots at Renaissance, which opened three years ago in the Seven Hills community in Henderson. The release includes terraced and golf course frontage sites.

Sales executive Ray Landry said the neighborhood was an especially interesting project for the builder.

"Renaissance represented a new threshold for sophistication, amenities and community planning for Pardee and our home buyers," Landry said. "The bar was raised at Renaissance with features and options that included butler's pantries, Italian-quarried granite and upgraded commercial appliances that are now found in other Pardee executive-level neighbor- hoods.

"We believe the elegant and dramatic design of the homes have proved to be worthy of Renaissance's lofty location on the world-class Rio Secco golf course, with stunning city and mountain views."

Five floor plans are available, and each is Energy Star certified.

"Pardee has included features that meet or exceed the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star label from the Environmental Protection Agency," Landry said. "Renaissance homes are certified to be 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes."

There are two single-story floors plans available, measuring from 2,726 to 2,938 square feet with two to four bedrooms. The three two-story plans range from 3,756 to 4,620 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths.

Homes are priced from $308,750 to $393,250.

Features include rotunda and courtyard entries, grand stairways, and sculptured fireplaces.

Design options include bedroom suites, bay windows, French doors at courtyard entry, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off the family room in Plan Four, and a wraparound balcony in another model.

Kitchens feature granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, pantries, five-burner cook tops, built-in microwave/oven combinations, vent hoods and dishwashers. Options include expanded room for commercial-grade appliances.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
