All-new floor plan introduced at Aberdeen

US Home is offering its newest floor plan at Aberdeen, a neighborhood within The Villages at Southern Highlands. At 4,300 square feet, the new two-story Coronado model is the largest available at the builder's neighborhood in the southwestern valley.

"We wanted to design a home with great architectural presence and style that will exceed the expectations of prospective home buyers," sales and marketing executive Vicki Zoot said. "The array of interior and exterior options available for the Coronado model allows home buyers to create many custom features, which is a tremendous appeal."

The home can be built with three to five bedrooms, four baths, and a three-car garage. A turret entry is standard, while an enclosed courtyard is optional.

Additional features include a master suite with retreat, separate tub and shower, and walk-in closet. The family and living rooms are highlighted by bay windows.

The Coronado is priced from $364,990.

More than 20 neighborhoods are open within the Villages, where homes are priced from the $130,000s to the $400,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
