Pardee's designs flexible
Pardee Homes' Mandevilla neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands offers flexibility for growing families, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell. "Mandevilla is the perfect place for families who want to customize their homes to fit their individual lifestyles. That accounts for the overwhelming success of this popular neighborhood," he said. The neighborhood is located within the builder's Eldorado community in North Las Vegas. Four floor plans are available. Plan One is a single-story home with a courtyard entry. It measures 2,512 square feet and has three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. An island is central to the kitchen, where additional base cabinets are available as an option. It is priced from $258,950. Measuring 3,028 square feet, the single-story Plan Two is a four-bedroom home with three baths, a den and two-car garage in its standard configuration. It can be redesigned to have as many as five bedrooms or three bedrooms and a guest suite, and a three-car garage. The home is priced from $282,950. The two-story Plan Three offers eight configurations ranging from 2,925 to 3,725 square feet. The standard plan features five bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and a three-car garage. It is priced from $264,950. Plan Four is a two-story design with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a library, bonus room and three-car garage. Various configurations measure from 3,083 to 3,899 square feet and can include as many as eight bedrooms, six baths and a four-car garage. The home is priced from $282,450. All homes have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for features such as low-e windows, high-performance heating and cooling systems and tightly sealed air ducts. Homes also are available in the Fontana neighborhood. To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when models open at 11 a.m. Pardee has built homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
