Anthem Highlands homes ready early next year

Two homes from the Buchanan Collection at Pulte Homes' Anthem Highlands community will be ready for move-in early next year, according to the builder. Incentives are being offered on both homes.

A single-story 1729 plan is scheduled for completion in March. The 1,729-square-foot home features three bedrooms, two baths, a walk-in closet and cultured-marble vanity tops in the master bath, a great room and a two-car garage. It is priced at $317,390.

Scheduled for completion in February is a 1,900-square-foot design with a courtyard entry and covered patio. The home, priced at $328,240, has three bedrooms, two baths, a walk-in closet and bay window in the master suite, a great room and a two-car garage.

All homes in the collection are single-story designs. Floor plans measure from 1,580 to 1,900 square feet and are priced from $291,990 to $317,990.

Five home collections are featured in the 400-acre Scottish-Highlands themed community, which is part of the Anthem master plan in Henderson. Twenty single- and two-story designs measuring from 1,580 to 3,483 square feet are available, and priced from $262,990 to $549,990.

Homes in the Stonehaven Collection feature chef Gustav Mauler's Seal of Approval stainless steel kitchen appliance upgrade package.

All homes have the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology and carry the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for being at least 30 percent more energy efficient than federal standards require. In addition, they offer a three-year heating- and cooling-cost guarantee.

Synthetic turf, which is available as an option, is featured at the model park.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
