Toll Bros. develops country-club residences

For home buyers seeking the prestige of living within a golf course community, Toll Bros. is ready to assist. The builder offers two collections at Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin and another in MacDonald Highlands in Henderson.

Toll Brothers at Red Rock Country Club features nine floor plans.

Floor plans within The Reserve Collection, Meseta, Caravella, Vitoria and Avenida, are priced from $467,975. Residences within The Retreat Collection, Sondrio, Treporti, Vercelli, Modena and Brindisi, are priced from $616,975.

All homes include a courtyard, while all master baths feature a spa tub.

Nearly every site features a view of the mountains or of one of the two golf courses.

Upon completion, Toll Brothers at Red Rock Country Club will contain 203 homes.

Located within Summerlin, the guard-gated country club features a fitness center, spa, pro shop, dining room, lounges, meeting facilities, men's locker rooms with a steam room, and women's locker rooms with a sauna. Additional amenities include three swimming pools and seven lighted tennis courts.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and head west.

The Reserve Collection at MacDonald Highlands offers single- and two-story residences, most of which overlook the 18-hole championship DragonRidge Golf Club.

Four floor plans are available. Prices start from $417,975.

Courtyards are featured, as is a range of customizing options.

MacDonald Highlands, a guard-gated community, will soon include a clubhouse with a dining room, lounges and meeting facilities. A fitness center will also open soon.

To reach the community, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, turn south and proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway.

All of the builder's sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
