Pacific sees strong sales at Chateau

Pacific Properties recently reported nearly 100 prequalifying sales at its Chateau Nouveau condominium development, located at Grand Canyon Drive and Peace Way, according to Scott Lawrence, chief financial officer for the developer.

"We opened to the public phase one and two of these beautiful condominiums with high expectations due to the quality of construction, the value each unit represents and Chateau Nouveau's excellent location," Lawrence said. "Now, after just one week, the visitors' traffic counts and presales levels have surpassed all of our expectations."

The condominiums, set within a gated and landscaped environment, come in eight floor plans with one, two or three bedrooms. Most models include one- or two-car direct-access garages.

A clubhouse and recreational amenities are the focal point of the property, and include a gazebo, cabanas, swimming pool, spa, barbecue pit, picnic areas and fitness center.

Standard features include a built-in computer desk with high-speed data access, rounded corners, window blinds, vaulted and 9-foot ceilings, granite counter tops and an appliance package.

Prices start from the mid-$100,000s.

The complex is located at 9975 Peace Way in the southwestern valley. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
