Alondra, a condominium complex in the northwestern valley, features three designs.

The Songbird has one bedroom and one bath in 720 square feet. It is priced from the high $90,000s.

Two bedrooms and two baths highlight the Blue Jay, a 1,121-square-foot design priced from the high $130,000s. It has a wet bar; second-floor units have a fireplace.

The largest design, the Sparrow, measures 1,253 square feet and has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the low $150,000s.

Each unit features raised-panel cabinetry and entry door, appliances, prewiring for telephone and cable, and granite counter tops and surrounds in the kitchen and bath.

The sales office is located at 2451 N. Rainbow Blvd. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Lake Mead Boulevard, go east to Rainbow and turn north. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
