Setting at City Lights adds allure

One of the benefits of the City Lights condominium development is its location at the far eastern end of Lake Mead Boulevard, sales agent John Di Carlo said. He added the location and landscaping add to the development's quiet, park-like setting.

"The trees and shrubs surrounding the homes are mature and grassy areas that invite residents to enjoy our beautiful Las Vegas weather."

The gated development comprises 274 homes and includes two swimming pools, a spa, and a community center with a fitness room, kitchen and gathering area.

Three floor plans are available.

The New York is a 776-square-foot design with one bedroom and one bath, priced from $98,900.

Paris is a 1,018-square-foot design priced from $129,900. It has two bedrooms and two baths.

Milan, which measures 1,142 square feet, has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from $151,900.

Each unit features a stove, dishwasher, granite counter tops in the kitchen, patio or balcony with a storage room, walk-in closet and ceiling fan in the master suite, raised-panel doors, prewiring for telephone and cable, and covered parking spot.

Select plans have a pantry and breakfast bar in the kitchen.

Buyers using the seller's preferred lender will receive a free washer and dryer, refrigerator and microwave oven.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take Lake Mead Boulevard, go east past Hollywood Boulevard, then turn north into the first development.
