Turnberry Towers releases final allotment of homes
The final 150 condominiums at Turnberry Towers have been released for sale in the development's west tower, according to John Riordan, a sales executive with Turnberry Associates.
"We have experienced a very large demand for residences at Turnberry Towers, and the remaining 150 will go quickly to buyers who want a low-maintenance lifestyle with the utmost in security, privacy and luxury in a great location," Riordan said. "The sales success has surpassed expectations and, as a result, we began construction early on our first tower and we will begin construction early on our second tower."

Located a block from the Strip, the 10-acre project features dual 45-story towers comprising 636 homes on a guard-gated site. The east tower, which sold out in three months, began construction in May. Completion is slated for June 2007. Construction for the west tower will begin in February with completion estimated for spring 2008.
"Many of the high-rise communities with residences being offered today will feature upwards of a thousand units on very few acres of land," Riordan said. "At Turnberry Towers, residents will benefit from an exclusive community environment that's spread out over 10 acres. Residents can bask in the sun by the pool, play tennis or workout at their own fitness facility."
Each tower will feature a fitness facility, outdoor pool with sundeck, landscaping, tennis, valet and 24-hour security.
Available homes include a one-bedroom residence with 1 1/2 baths, a two-bedroom unit with two baths, a two-bedroom, two-bath home with a den, and a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath model.
Prices start from $500,000 to more than $1.3 million.
Amenities include Italian marble baths, spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, upgraded appliances and 9-foot ceilings.
Select homes provide views of the Strip and surrounding mountains and floor-to-ceiling windows. Situated on the top 12 floors of the towers, the three-bedroom residences feature an oversized balcony.
Riordan said many of the developer's buyers purchase homes at more than one of its properties.
"The developers have been one of the country's leading residential real estate companies for more than 35 years and have a proven track record of success," he said.
The sales office at 222 Karen Ave. features a 1,658-square-foot model. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
