The Residences at MGM Grand combines the exclusivity of a condominium development with the premier amenities of a resort hotel.
"Frequent visitors or those who want to relocate to Las Vegas are discovering the numerous advantages of owning their own residence in a private, gated community with all the luxuries of a five-star hotel," sales director Dan Riordan said.

"Instead of checking into a hotel for each visit, they can come home to a fully-furnished residence that will be maintained year-round."
Unit options include a 600-square-foot studio; a 1,000-square-foot one-bedroom plan; and a two-bedroom design that measures 1,600 square feet.
"The two-bedroom combination suite is very appealing to those who want extra space for visiting family and friends," Riordan said.
All units contain crown molding, raised-panel wood doors, wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms, high-speed voice/data connectivity, granite counter tops, imported Italian kitchen cabinetry, and private owners' closets for added storage space. Sub-Zero refrigeration, Miele appliances, spa tubs and flat screen HDTVs are also included.
Prices start from $550,000 to more than $2.5 million.
"The Residences appeals to our buyers for a variety of reasons, but one of the top is our (proximity to the) Strip," Riordan said. "Not only will residents have convenient access to some of the country's best entertainment, dining and shopping, they will be connected via an enclosed moving walkway to the MGM Grand."
Three 40-story towers are under construction, with the first scheduled to open in June 2006. Two towers are sold out, the third is more than half sold, according to Riordan.
Each tower will have front desk and concierge services, in-suite dining, a secured entry, fitness center and pool.
A furnished two-bedroom model is open for viewing from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily in MGM Grand's Studio Walk.
